After a career in hairdressing, education, session work and now running my own creative space in Blackpool, where freelance photographers, videographers and small-business owners come to create, connect and grow, I discovered that what holds most creatives back isn’t lack of talent. It’s lack of business strategy, structure, confidence and someone who gets both the creative mindset and the numbers.
