THAT ALTERNATIVE STUDIO & HQ - RESIDENCY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

By signing up for the Residency Package at That Alternative Studio & HQ ("The Studio"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. RESIDENCY AGREEMENT

2.1 This is a rolling 3-month contract with a minimum term of 3 months.
2.2 A one-month written notice is required for termination.

3. FEES & PAYMENT

3.1 Monthly residency fees of £[Insert Amount] must be paid in advance on [Insert Payment Date]. 3.2 Late payments beyond 5 days may incur a £[Insert Late Fee] charge. 3.3 Payments are non-refundable, including early termination within the initial 3 months.

4. USE OF SPACE

4.1 Residents have access to the designated co-working and studio areas as per their package.
4.2 Bookings for the studio must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
4.3 The Resident must ensure the space is kept tidy and return any moved items.

 

5. INSURANCE & LIABILITY

5.1 Residents must hold valid business and public liability insurance covering any clients they bring into the space.
5.2 The Studio is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or property damage. 5.3 The Resident indemnifies The Studio against any claims resulting from their business activities.

 

6. HEALTH & SAFETY

6.1 Residents must comply with all health & safety regulations. 6.2 The Studio must be informed of any hazards, damages, or incidents immediately. 6.3 Emergency exits must always remain clear.

 

7. EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES

7.1 All equipment must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse may result in a repair charge. 7.2 Ladders, lighting, and backdrops must be handled safely and stored properly after use. 7.3 Any borrowed studio equipment must be returned in working order after each session.

 

8. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY RULES

8.1 Residents must respect other users and not disrupt the working environment. 8.2 Any misconduct, illegal activities, or damage to property may result in immediate termination. 8.3 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

 

9. SOCIAL MEDIA & PROMOTION

9.1 Residents are encouraged to tag @ThatAlternativeStudio in posts showcasing their work. 9.2 Any media captured in the space for commercial use must be credited appropriately.

 

10. TERMINATION & BREACH OF AGREEMENT

10.1 A one-month notice is required to terminate after the minimum term.
10.2 The Studio reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Resident breaches any terms.

 

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
11.2 Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

By purchasing the Residency Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
